Changing the way in which estate agency is viewed and experienced in the UK.

When it comes to the London and North west Kent area in real estate, there’s no one better to turn to than JAGS Property Group. I’ve been a helping match the right people with the right properties since 2012 and dedicated everything to ensure that I offer expert advice at all times. My expansive network enables me to open doors for my clients on all sides of the property equation. I make it a point to be involved and stay involved throughout all stages of the real estate process. I’ll guide you every step of the way, whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or rent.

A bit about myself.. 

​

I grew up in Riverview Park, Gravesend from the age to 2 up until 18 when I began my degree at Brunel University London. My first taste of property was via my parents, who had two rental properties they acquired, which I used to help maintain and meet the residents.

​

While on my summer breaks from university, I had a the chance to work on small building sites, building some magnificent homes around Kent to earn some extra money as a student. After university, I was asked to play rugby for The Rams team in Reading where I worked for a bespoke construction company, this is where I got a taste for luxury properties! One of our clients had bought a plot of land, removed a set of squatters, sold 50% and then built two beautiful New England style homes overlooking the River Thames.

All of these experiences helped develop an interest in Estate Agency and I believed that I would be able learn a lot about the industry, very quickly! I thought that it would be a great opportunity to help people through one of the most important and stressful times in their lives.


Estate Agency is not viewed as an important part in society at the moment due to the standard of agency currently in the UK.

I am hoping to change this, with a personal and professional service. Making the customer the priority and not just another number or transaction.

There is a general perception that Estate Agents are paid well with flashy cars and pinstripe suits, however, this is all a facade. Lots of agencies are earning very little, working long hours with lots of the business costs going on rent, car rental, failing businesses and management costs leaving a small profit margin for the company and even less for the employed agent. The average amount of properties per estate agency is 47.1 per office with some agencies processing up to 100 sales at any one time. As a client, how can you trust that the job is being completed carefully and to the highest standard?

This has now changed and Estate Agency is reaching new heights. My hybrid and progressive business in partnership with Keller Williams allows me to be ultra efficient with my time and money, allowing me to manage the full sales and let processes. This ensures that there are no stones left unturned, while also allowing me to give all of my time to fewer clients so that they achieve the best final result in the correct time frame.

What is it that I do differently?

Availability

I am available 7 days a week including evenings, building my weekly diary around those that need it my time when it is needed. I respond quickly to my clients and regularly contacted via whatsapp, facebook messenger, email, facetime and telephone. I complete listings and viewings when you are available and I have my downtime at times where I am not needed as much, while people are at work or on Sundays.

Marketing

When it comes to marketing, I like to tap into the reasons that you bought your home, highlighting critical features to help build the full picture and show the true value of your home, making sure that there is an emotional attachment from buyers that are interested. I am offering a high standard of bespoke marketing to ensure that yours stands out from the crowd, strategies are catered around your needs to boost maximum exposure of you home. The options available are property videography, 3d virtual scanning cameras, drone videography and virtual staging, this will be distributed across various social media platforms where the right people will see your home.

Viewings & Open Days

Viewings will not be completed sporadically by multiple agents with the stress and hassle of cleaning up 5 times a day effecting your daily life. The viewings will be completed strategically by myself following the action plan where we have an open morning/afternoon or block viewings. On these days we will perfectly stage the property to ensure all features are highlighted, the garden will need to be mowed, hedges trimmed, kitchen tidy and driveway clear from cars and mess. My job is then to entice offers from interested parties and find the perfect match.
